Return Policy
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for all returns.

  • Products that arrive opened or tampered with cannot be refunded and will be disposed of for sanitary reasons.

  • We are currently experiencing processing delays; please allow extra time for returns and refunds to be completed.

Return Deadline

You can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The delivery date confirmed in the logistics information will be considered the official receipt date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must remain in their original, unused condition with all labels, packaging, and accessories intact. Nail products should show no peeling, bending, or cracking.

Important Guidelines:

  • Contact our customer service with proof of purchase (order number, payment info) before requesting a return.

  • Sale items, opened packages, promotional items, holiday sale items, and One Gel products are FINAL SALE.

  • Products used improperly, intentionally damaged, or modified by the customer cannot be returned.

  • Customized items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

  • Orders reported missing or damaged after delivery to a parcel forwarding company are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Discounted items may be returned if unopened and within 7 days of purchase, except during special promotions.

Refund Method

If the return request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. If the customer paid with a credit card, the refund will be returned to the corresponding credit card account; If payment is made through a third-party payment platform (such as PayPal), the refund will be refunded to the account of that payment platform. The refund processing time is usually completed within 03 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods, but there may be delays due to the processing procedures of the payment platform and bank.

Handling of Special Circumstances

When encountering force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, etc.) that affect the return/exchange process, we will maintain our commitment.
